Making Payments

  • Phone in: You may phone in a payment with your credit/debit card or with a checking account number. You do not need to have this information on file with us to phone in a payment.  Also—if you would like to set up autopay temporarily for the duration of this issue, you may also request this by phone. You will need to leave your information on file if you wish us to place you on autopay. 
  • If you do not have a card on file, please leave a message and we will return your call. 
  •  Email: If you have your payment information on file in the office, you can email us! Just reply to your receipt or email us and request we process your payment. It will be processed same day, or next day depending on the time we receive your email. You may also set up autopay temporarily for the duration of this issue with an email.
  • USPS mail: You can send us a check or money order or use bill pay through your bank. Please make sure your unit number is included on the payment. Make sure you mail your payment so we receive it before your late charge is applied. If you are unsure of your unit number, please feel free to call us.
  • Cash: If you are a cash customer, please call and we can make arrangements for your payment if you are self-isolating or quarantined.Type your paragraph here.
